You get the brief without the homeowner's details. Take on the projects that suit you and design them in your own software. Up to two other firms may be designing the same room.

If the homeowner picks your design you pay a one-off introduction fee, from £25 to £200 plus VAT depending on the project, and their contact details unlock. If they pick someone else you pay nothing.

Plan My Bathroom grew out of running a large UK bathroom community of over 70,000 members sharing advice, asking questions, and navigating their renovations together.
This platform was created to provide an organised, calm space where projects are planned properly, expectations are set upfront, and introductions between homeowners and professionals are made carefully rather than hastily.
This isn't a bidding platform or a lead marketplace. It's a space for people who value transparency, integrity, and doing things properly.
