    Plan My Bathroom provides design guidance, 3D CAD layouts, product recommendations, and introductions to independent designers and installers. We are a planning and introduction service, not a construction or installation company.

    2. Nature of 3D CAD Layouts and Advice

    The 3D CAD layouts, designs, and advice we provide are for visual reference and planning purposes only. They do not constitute professional architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical, or building regulation advice.

    You are responsible for:

    • Verifying all measurements and dimensions at your property
    • Assessing site conditions and suitability for your project
    • Obtaining professional advice from qualified architects, structural engineers, plumbers, electricians, or other relevant professionals as required
    • Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and obtaining necessary permissions
    • Engaging appropriately qualified and insured tradespeople

    3. Independent Designers and Installers

    Any designers, installers, tradespeople, or other third parties we introduce or recommend are independent contractors. They are not our employees, agents, or partners.

    • The quality, safety, or standard of workmanship provided by third parties
    • Delays, cancellations, or failures to complete work
    • Costs, pricing, or payment disputes
    • Defects, damage, or issues arising from third-party services
    • Disputes between you and any third party

    You engage with third parties at your own discretion and are responsible for conducting your own due diligence, obtaining references, verifying insurance, and entering into appropriate contracts.

    Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
